What we think

Infrastructure is becoming agent‑native. SMBs need a partner who can plan that migration.

The application layer is being abstracted. Most SMBs don't know it yet, but the way they buy, deploy, and connect software is about to change more in the next three years than it did in the last ten. Agent‑native infrastructure — MCP servers, retrieval surfaces, local models, unified memory at the edge — is not a hype cycle. It is the next plumbing layer.

The SMB market will need someone who can analyze their current stack, plan the migration to an agent‑accessible one, and execute without turning the business upside down. That is the firm we are building. AEGIS is the wedge that gets us in the door; the long‑term offer is the migration partnership.

We are not a hundred‑person firm pretending to be artisanal. We are two engineers with a framework. If that shape of help is what you need, we're a fit. If it isn't, we'll say so on the scoping call.
